I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska - Graduated from Omaha Technical High School a year early and attended the Art Institute of Chicago for a year. I was fortunate to stay at home with my two kids Jonathan and Theresa - both are successful young adults that recently moved back home with me!

 

I am an active voluteer firefighter with the Dorsey Fire Department.

 

In 2006 I graduated from the University of Illinois Springfield with a BA in Criminal Justice.

 

In 2008 I graduated from the SWIC Police Academy Session 106. I love police work and worked in East Saint Louis until the city had financial problems and laid off seven officers.

 

I love photography too. I have taken some classes and workshops in evidence photography and hope to be certified in that field some day.
